Amazing location with exceptional service

I recently stayed for 4 nights in a Deluxe Room, and the experience was fantastic. The hotel is perfectly located right by Bryant Park, making it easy to explore the city. The staff went above and beyond, especially Ariette at reception, who made us feel welcomed from the start. While the bathroom was a bit small, the high-quality amenities and overall comfort made up for it.

It was just an ideal choice for a little getaway in New York with decent value for money. The towels were changed daily, which was nice. Bring extra towels if you're two people to avoid bathroom crowding.

The rooftop bar had great views and was a perfect place to unwind. The room was spacious with natural light and offered excellent quietness for relaxation.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy at times.

The staff was incredibly thoughtful, they surprised us with a handwritten note and a box of cupcakes for my son's birthday which really made our stay special. Plus the breakfast was surprisingly good for a complimentary meal, the bagels were fresh and delicious.
