I thoroughly enjoyed the modern decor and spacious room, which was perfect for my comfort. The terrace overlooking Bryant Park was stunning and provided a lovely space to relax. The staff ensured easy accessibility, making my stay enjoyable.
More towel hooks in the bathroom would be helpful.

I truly enjoyed the elegance of Park Terrace Hotel. The stylish lobby and cozy rooms, especially the spacious terrace overlooking Bryant Park, created a lovely atmosphere that was accessible and welcoming for seniors like myself.
More grab bars in the bathroom would be helpful.

Amazing location with exceptional service
I recently stayed for 4 nights in a Deluxe Room, and the experience was fantastic. The hotel is perfectly located right by Bryant Park, making it easy to explore the city. The staff went above and beyond, especially Ariette at reception, who made us feel welcomed from the start. While the bathroom was a bit small, the high-quality amenities and overall comfort made up for it.

It was just an ideal choice for a little getaway in New York with decent value for money. The towels were changed daily, which was nice. Bring extra towels if you're two people to avoid bathroom crowding.

We had an amazing stay with a spacious Deluxe King Studio that was super clean and decorated beautifully. The kids loved the pool and the sun terrace was a great place to unwind too. Next time, I'd pick a room with a better park view, but it was still quiet overall. 😊

Park Terrace Hotel is beautiful. Our room overlooked Bryant Park and was well appointed with a super comfy bed. The gym was top-notch, and we appreciated the water filtration stations on each floor. The staff were all exceptional and made our stay feel special. We loved enjoying drinks at the Terrace Lounge and walked everywhere.

The staff was incredibly thoughtful, they surprised us with a handwritten note and a box of cupcakes for my son's birthday which really made our stay special. Plus the breakfast was surprisingly good for a complimentary meal, the bagels were fresh and delicious.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but honestly worth it for the experience.

The Premier High Floor room offered a nice partial view of the park, and the ambiance was overall enjoyable. Access to the terrace lounge added a cozy outdoor space to relax and soak in some fresh air.
Disappointment struck with both the breakfast pancakes, which ended up being undercooked and overly stodgy, and the dated furniture in the room that felt below expectations for the price. The bathroom's glass design left little privacy, as the sliding door barely shut and made it awkward to share space. I also noticed noises coming from the hallway early in the morning, which could disrupt peaceful sleep, especially on weekends.

My stay at Park Terrace was outstanding. The location is centrally situated in New York, making it easy to access various attractions and dining options. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, particularly in assisting with my business needs. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a Nespresso machine, which made my mornings more enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the water filtration stations available throughout the hotel, encouraging sustainability.
None at all, everything exceeded expectations.

The Deluxe High Floor room offered a decent view of the surrounding buildings despite being closer to another old structure. Amenities included a coffee machine for a quick fix in the morning, and the location made it easily accessible for nearby attractions.
There were multiple issues with the TV system. despite following the instructions for mirroring my phone, I never got it to work, and my request for assistance went unanswered. The room also felt a bit outdated with its old furniture and decor, and I found the bathroom shower door poorly designed, spilling water onto the floor. Lastly, considering the price point, the absence of complimentary breakfast was a letdown.

The location is prime for exploring the city, especially with a terrace that overlooks Bryant Park, making it a lovely space to unwind. The fitness center offers solid equipment, catering to those wanting to keep in shape during their stay.
Rooms are on the smaller side, and the so-called 'view' often consists of staring at a neighboring wall, which can be disappointing if you crave cityscapes. I noticed some furnishings seemed a bit outdated, and upgrades were incessantly pushed before my arrival, which felt unnecessary. Lastly, lacking a phone in the room made communication clunky, as calling or texting the front desk racked up extra charges on my mobile plan.
